solely to process and manage your booking with Ubud Adventures. We never sell or share your
personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
After your tour, we may contact you to request feedback to help us improve our services. If you
prefer not to receive follow-up communications, simply email
ubudadventures@gmail.com
and we will remove your contact from our mailing list.
During selected tours, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional use on our website and
official social media channels. If you prefer not to appear in any published content, please
inform our team before your tour begins.
Payment
If you do not receive a booking confirmation shortly after completing your reservation, please
check your spam or junk folder. If the confirmation is still missing, contact us immediately.
Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for 80% refund,
excluding the applicable payment processing fee (approximately 4.5%).
Cancellations made on the day of the tour are eligible for a 20% refund. No refund will be
provided for no-shows unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Secure Payment
Payments made through PayPal and major credit cards are processed using secure encrypted payment
systems, helping protect your personal and financial information throughout the transaction.
Hotel Pickup
Complimentary pickup is available in selected areas. Additional
charges may apply for locations outside our service area.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure that all tour descriptions, prices, schedules, and other information
published on our website are accurate and up to date. Some information may be provided by our
local partners and service providers. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain
accuracy, occasional errors or changes may occur. Ubud Adventures reserves the right to correct
any inaccuracies without prior notice.
Safety
Ubud Adventures reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to
weather conditions or safety concerns.
