“What a fantastic day out” From 13 Review
We booked this a bit last minute, what a great day. Firstly you are driven to the starting point with a stop off at a Coffee plantation, amazing very nice, informative and in no way pushy, beautiful views. Then off for breakfast to a restaurant again very nice local food.We then met our cycle guide and got our bikes, friendly and welcoming guys. Water supplied, helmets etc.We cycled at a very easy pace as my wife hadn't been on a bike for years ! our Son (11) loved it. Through bamboo forest, beautiful local village, rice fields and when finished we were treated to lunch in the most beautiful location
“Fantastic bike tour through Bali” From 13 Review
This tour was amazing! The operators were highly professional, they took brilliant care of my two children (6 years and 9 years) ensuring we were fed, watered, sun-screened and photographed during the day. Admittedly the 6 year old lagged and needed extra help (which was never a problem). Water provided, two meal stops of great quality. The scenery... Breathtaking! The locals- "hello, hello, hello!" Inspiring and.... We saw the most amazing villages. Beautiful. A breathtaking alternative to the hustle and bustle in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Sanur.
“Amazing views, do the extra rim tour” From 13 Review
Worth the climb..although note that it is not as easy as a lot of reviews make out. You will need good footwear (not jandals or sandals) and a fair bit of water (especially if you choose to do the climb in the day time). We went up about 9am and were the only people up there and it was brilliant. We paid the extra to go around the rim and back down the other side and it was so worth it. The view from the top is good but the view around the rim is spectacular! Definately a must-do if in Bali :)
“Ayung River Rafting!” From 13 Review
My partner and I did the white water rafting down the Ayung river through Bali Adventure Tours and had the time of our lives! The rafting is not dangerous and extreme, it's very peaceful and you just cruise through the river looking at the surroundings of the forests and the locals selling little drinks and snacks on the river banks. There are a few little drops but it's nothing to be scared about, this rafting activity is very suitable for children because of how tame the drops are. There are quite steep stairs to treck down to the starting point which takes about 15 minutes to walk down and a moderate pace, if you have bad knees or consider yourself unfit then stay clear of this activity. Definitely recommend to families, couples, solo travellers and fit seniors looking for some adventure!
